Job Description:
You will take ownership of the drawing work that powers every project, from tender takeoffs through to as-built completion. You will review and design fire alarm layouts to BS 5839, produce clear drawing packs that let the estimating team finalise costs with confidence, and prepare the as-fitted and as-wired drawings the delivery team needs. Working directly with the sales, estimating, and project delivery teams, you will become the go-to person for drawings and play a key role in taking over work currently handled by an outsourced provider.

- Review and interpret architectural floor plans, structural sections, M&E schematics, and client tender specifications.
- Conduct precise drawing takeoffs to generate accurate bills of quantities (BoQ) and equipment schedules for estimating teams.
- Assist with tender packs and quotations, proactively flagging discrepancies, missing project information, or non-compliant design elements.

- High attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the discipline to manage multiple project deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills for collaborating with UK-based technical and commercial teams.
