- Maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging across all content.
- Research relevant industry topics and identify content opportunities that can increase engagement and awareness.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats and channels.
Digital Marketing
- Assist with planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotional campaigns, and nurture sequences.
- Support lead generation, lead nurturing, audience engagement, and conversion initiatives.
- Assist with social media content planning and execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

- Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns through HubSpot.
- Support lead nurturing workflows and marketing automation.
- Monitor campaign performance, engagement, and conversion metrics within HubSpot.
- Assist with CRM data hygiene and ensure information is accurate and properly maintained.

- Help optimize existing HubSpot processes and campaigns to improve marketing efficiency and conversions.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, content marketing, or a similar role.

- Strong creative writing and blog writing skills.
- Experience creating and managing email marketing campaigns.
- Experience developing content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital channels.
- Understanding of digital marketing principles, lead generation, email marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization.
- Strong research skills and the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging content.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple marketing activities and deadlines independently.
- Data-driven mindset with an interest in using campaign performance to improve content and marketing results.
- Experience working with nonprofit, SaaS, fundraising, donation technology, or similar industries is an advantage but not essential.
Preferred Skills:
- HubSpot Marketing Hub experience.
- Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience with Google Analytics or similar marketing analytics platforms.
- Familiarity with Canva or other basic content design tools.
- Understanding of conversion-focused landing pages and digital user journeys.
- Experience marketing products or services to businesses or nonprofit organizations.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a creative marketer who is equally comfortable writing compelling content and working inside a CRM. They should be able to take a marketing objective, develop the content and campaign around it, execute it through HubSpot, and review the results to identify opportunities for improvement.
HubSpot proficiency is the biggest requirement for this role. Our client is looking for someone who can confidently take ownership of HubSpot-based marketing activities with minimal training and supervision.
Independent Contractor Perks:
- Permanent work from home
- Immediate hiring
