Job Overview

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Legal Intake Specialist to conduct comprehensive intake interviews in both English and Spanish for potential employment law and personal injury clients. In this remote position, you will screen and qualify high-volume inbound leads, gather case information, and accurately document details in our case management system. Working as part of a collaborative team, you will explain legal processes to prospective clients and schedule follow-up appointments with our in-house legal group. This role requires strong communication skills, legal knowledge or education, and the ability to work independently during assigned PST shifts. This includes reporting to the intake coordinator and collaborating with the in-house legal team, as well as handling a portion of 2,500+ monthly leads remotely from Latin America.

 

Schedule

1st slot Mon - Fri 8:00 am to 4:00 pm PST and

2nd slot Mon to Fri 4:00 pm to 12:00 am PST

(40 work hours per week)

 

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake interviews with potential clients in both English and Spanish

• Gather detailed information about employment law and personal injury cases

• Screen and qualify leads to determine case viability and fit

• Document client information accurately in case management systems

• Handle high-volume inbound calls during assigned shifts

• Provide initial consultation and explain legal processes to potential clients

• Schedule follow-up appointments and coordinate with in-house legal team

• Support coverage during busy periods, particularly Monday mornings

 

Requirements

• Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish

• Previous experience in legal intake or client-facing roles

• Strong verbal communication skills with a neutral accent

• Experience handling high-volume client interactions

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Proficiency with phone systems and basic computer applications

 

Qualifications

• Background in employment law and personal injury law preferred

• Law degree or legal education background strongly preferred
