Job Overview

You will be the engine behind a high-output short-form video production pipeline, transforming raw UGC footage into polished, scroll-stopping content for a diverse roster of brand clients. You will own the editing process end-to-end — assembling clips, adding on-trend text overlays, pop-ups, and sound effects, and delivering approximately 25 finished videos per week that meet both brand standards and platform best practices.

Our client is a fast-growing UGC (User Generated Content) creator who produces short-form video content for multiple brand clients across social media platforms. Operating in the creator economy, they manage a high-volume content pipeline that demands consistent quality, on-trend editing, and reliable turnaround. 

Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible anytime Eastern Standard Time

Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble short-form video content from raw UGC footage for multiple brand clients
• Add pop-ups, text overlays, and sound effects to maintain fast-paced, engaging content
• Piece together content clips into cohesive, polished final videos
• Deliver approximately 25 edited videos per week while maintaining quality standards
• Ensure brand consistency and visual appeal across all edited content

Requirements

• Proven experience in short-form video editing for social media platforms
• Understanding of fast-paced editing styles, transitions, and trending content formats
• High level of attention to detail and consistency across multiple projects
• Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of deliverables
• Strong time management skills to meet weekly output targets

Qualifications

• Bonus if you have experience editing specifically for TikTok, Instagram Reels, or YouTube Shorts
• It helps if you have worked within a multi-client or agency environment managing concurrent projects
• Bonus if you have a personal portfolio or showreel demonstrating short-form social media edits
