Overview:

Our client is looking for an AI Fashion & Lifestyle Imagery Specialist (Adobe Photoshop) to produce highly realistic, premium AI-generated fashion and lifestyle imagery for ecommerce, campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing, and paid ads. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for fashion photography, styling, composition, and garment accuracy, with hands-on experience using AI image-generation tools and Photoshop to create polished, brand-aligned visuals. You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to turn product references, moodboards, and campaign briefs into consistent, engaging visual assets across multiple digital channels. 

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Flexible during client's business hours - NSW, AU (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Create highly realistic AI-generated fashion and lifestyle imagery for the client across sales campaigns, ecommerce, website, social media, EDMs, and paid ads
• Produce AI images according to marketing plan needs, campaign objectives, and content calendars
• Create imagery in line with client's brand moodboards, brand guidelines, creative direction, and other briefs
• Generate new visuals using real garments, product references, and campaign inspiration
• Maintain accurate garment details including wash, colour, fit, silhouette, embellishments, prints, hardware, and overall product integrity
• Create realistic models, poses, locations, lighting, and environments that feel premium, believable, and on-brand
• Develop multiple image variations for different uses including web banners, landing pages, collection pages, social posts, Meta ads, and email marketing
• Create other assorted AI imagery as needed for website content, campaign support, product storytelling, and digital marketing assets
• Ensure visual consistency across image sets, including models, styling, mood, backgrounds, and overall brand aesthetic
• Retouch and refine generated imagery in Photoshop to correct AI issues and bring assets to a polished final standard
• Resize, crop, and prepare final assets for different digital formats and channel requirements
• Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to respond to briefs, feedback, and changing business needs

Requirements:

• Proven experience creating highly realistic AI fashion photography
• Ability to generate campaign, editorial, e-commerce, and social imagery from real product references
• Strong garment accuracy and understanding — maintaining correct washes, prints, embellishments, silhouettes, fit, and product details
• Ability to create realistic models, poses, skin, hair, hands, lighting, and environments
• Strong understanding of fashion photography, styling, art direction, and composition
• Ability to maintain consistent models, locations, and brand aesthetic across a full series
• Experience with AI tools such as Kive.ai, Caimera, FASHN, Uwear, Midjourney, FLUX/ComfyUI, Adobe Firefly, or similar tools (Portfolio and list of tools used required upon application)
• Strong ability to follow a moodboard and create imagery that feels specifically on-brand for the client
• Efficient workflow and ability to create multiple high-quality variations from the same product

Nice-to-Have Skills:

• Strong Adobe Photoshop skills, particularly retouching, compositing, masking, colour correction, and image manipulation
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva
• Background in graphic design and layout
• Experience in image resizing and preparing assets for web, EDM, social, and Meta ads
• Basic video editing and AI video generation skills
• Solid understanding of ecommerce and paid social creative requirements
