Job description
You will be the heartbeat of this organisation's digital presence and day-to-day administrative operations, playing a dual role that keeps both the brand and the back office running smoothly. You will own the content calendar across multiple Instagram accounts, craft messaging that resonates with the community, and ensure every partner, client, and stakeholder interaction is handled with care and professionalism. Responsibilities
- Create and manage engaging content for social media, primarily across three Instagram accounts
- Schedule and publish posts consistently to maintain brand visibility and audience engagement
- Process and administer client referrals, ensuring timely and accurate record-keeping
- Manage calendar scheduling and coordinate appointments on behalf of the team
- Handle email correspondence with partners, clients, and community organisations
- Send out marketing communications and notifications to existing and prospective partners
Must-have requirements
- Proven experience in social media content creation and management (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle administrative tasks with a high level of attention to detail
- Comfortable taking inbound calls and making outbound calls virtually
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Experience working in or familiarity with the non-profit or community services sector is a plus
Nice-to-have requirements
- Bonus if you have experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously for a single organisation
- It helps if you have prior exposure to referral processing or CRM-style record-keeping in a community or charitable setting
- Bonus if you have a background in community outreach communications or partner relationship management
