Overview:

Our client is looking for a Publicist / PR Account Manager to own a portfolio of clients end-to-end. Warm inbound inquiries book Zoom calls directly into your calendar with no cold outreach required. On the call, you will diagnose the client's needs, build their PR strategy, and scope and price the engagement in HubSpot. Once signed, you will act as their publicist—writing feature stories and press releases, working with publication partners to secure placements, and managing the ongoing relationship through check-ins, renewals, and expansion.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible Schedule, with 1 hour break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Manage warm inbound inquiries and conduct diagnostic Zoom calls
• Scope, price, and build customized PR strategies for clients in HubSpot
• Write feature-quality stories and press releases under deadlines
• Work with publication partners to place client stories
• Manage client relationships end-to-end, including check-ins, renewals, and portfolio growth

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Publicist or PR Account Manager who writes high-quality content (writing samples required)
• Background in consultative selling with confidence in scoping, pricing, and winning engagements
• Excellent spoken and written English, with a professional presence on video calls
• Strong organizational skills to manage a growing client portfolio in HubSpot
• Personal computer with admin access (minimum 8 GB RAM)
• Stable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
• Quiet workspace for client video calls
