Incentives
- Tech Roles (full-time) – P4,000
- Tech Roles (part-time) – P3,000
- Non-Tech Roles (full-time) – P2,000
- Non-Tech Roles (part-time) – P1,000
Requirements to avail incentive
- The person referred (candidate) should be aware of the job opening and that they are being referred by the staff. If the candidate doesn’t know the referrer, the incentive is not applicable.
- The candidate should know that his or her personal contact details and CV will be submitted to Bruntwork
- The referring staff must agree to have his or her name mentioned when the company contacts the candidate
- All referral bonus payments will be paid on the next cut off after the first active month of the referred staff. If the candidate only worked for less than a month, there’s no referral bonus.
- If two or more staff refer the same candidate, only the first referrer will receive the incentive.
- There is no cap on the number of referrals a staff can make.
- The referring staff must still be active with Bruntwork at the time the referral bonus is due for release

- All candidates will be evaluated according to company policies and procedures.
- All information regarding the hiring decision will be strictly confidential and will only be disclosed to the candidate.
- Any disputes about the incentive will be handled by People Operations.
