Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented WordPress UI/UX Developer (Salesforce Integrations) with strong design skills and technical expertise to maintain and improve our websites. The ideal candidate can create visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly website layouts while ensuring functionality and seamless Salesforce integration.

Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing their website design and development work.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 12:30 pm (UK Time, with some flexibility in the working hours, 20 hours per week)

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update WordPress websites, themes, plugins, and functionality.
• Design and improve landing pages, website layouts, and user interfaces.
• Ensure responsive, accessible, and user-friendly experiences across desktop and mobile devices.
• Develop and troubleshoot front-end features using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Implement and maintain Salesforce and other CRM integrations.
• Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and website performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate design concepts into functional website solutions.
• Identify and resolve website layout, usability, and technical issues.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in WordPress development and UI/UX design.
• Mandatory portfolio demonstrating website design and development capabilities.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Experience customizing WordPress themes and plugins.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, usability, accessibility, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with CSS/SASS and front-end troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM integrations.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Familiarity with Git, MySQL, Google Analytics, and SEO.
• Experience with website performance and conversion optimization.
• Candidate screening priority: Focus on candidates with a strong design portfolio, hands-on WordPress expertise, and the ability to translate UI/UX concepts into polished, responsive websites.
