Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Assistant to lead operations, coordination, and publishing across a premium portfolio of architecture and design clients. Working alongside a talented external team of creators, you'll ensure seamless execution, accurate reporting, and flawless client delivery. Client Overview:

Our client is a boutique digital marketing agency specializing in architecture, interior design, and contemporary lifestyle brands. They operate across multiple high-profile client accounts, producing premium video content, graphic assets, and strategic social media campaigns. The agency values efficiency, outsourced excellence, and delivering quality work that protects their clients' reputations in industries where reputation is everything.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily social media scheduling and publishing across multiple client accounts using Sprout Social
• Upload, tag, and schedule content accurately ensuring all assets are formatted and approved before going live
• Coordinate with external video editors, graphic designers, and copywriters to traffic manage content revisions and approvals
• Monitor live posts after publication to ensure everything displays correctly and troubleshoot any issues immediately
• Select, crop, and pair images for posts when needed, maintaining brand aesthetic and quality standards
• Handle content amplification including sharing to stories and managing boosted posts within set guidelines
• Flag content gaps proactively and communicate when new briefs or production timelines need to be initiated
• Produce social media performance reports using Sprout Social's built-in analytics tools
• Manage some Meta paid advertising tasks including boosting posts as directed
• Maintain organized workflows and ensure nothing slips through the cracks across a high-volume content calendar

Requirements:

• Proven experience managing social media accounts for agencies or brands, ideally in architecture, interior design, or lifestyle sectors
• Proficiency using Sprout Social or similar agency-level social media scheduling platforms
• Excellent written English with strong attention to British English spelling and grammar
• Strong visual eye and ability to recognize when an image, crop, or design asset is off-brand or incorrect
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in repetitive administrative tasks
• Proactive and self-sufficient, able to group questions and solve problems independently rather than asking constant clarifying questions
• Reliable internet connection and professional, distraction-free workspace
• Experience working with Australian or American clients and understanding contemporary western culture and aesthetics

Qualifications:

• Bonus if you have basic video editing or graphic design skills, even if you don't want to do it full-time
• It helps if you have a personal interest in interior design, architecture, or contemporary visual culture
• Experience managing paid social campaigns or Meta Ads Manager is a plus
• Familiarity with working in a contractor or outsourced model alongside distributed creative teams
