Job Overview

Our client is looking for an AI Data Quality Analyst to serve as the primary quality assurance resource for all AI-extracted council regulatory data, maintaining district planning rules within the content management system and ensuring structural accuracy before publication.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM AEST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Review and validate AI-extracted regulatory content against original council source documents to ensure structural accuracy
• Identify and correct hierarchical numbering and formatting discrepancies within extracted data (e.g., parent-child relationships, indentation errors)
• Maintain and update district planning rules within the company's content management system across multiple regions
• Track review progress at a page-by-page level, ensuring each piece of content is checked off and verified
• Flag and resolve structural inconsistencies where extracted data does not match the intended tree data format
• Ensure the overall skeleton and key structure of each chapter is accurate and reliable for end-user consumption
• Support the completion of regional district plans by ensuring data integrity before publication
• Contribute to the development of review standards and processes that can scale as new regions are onboarded
• Collaborate with the founding team to refine extraction workflows and improve overall data accuracy
• Provide feedback on recurring extraction errors to help improve AI output over time

Requirements

• Experience working with content management systems and data extraction workflows
• Strong understanding of structured and hierarchical data formats, including tree-based data structures
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify subtle formatting and numbering errors
• Ability to exercise independent judgment when restructuring data for optimal user experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to quality assurance
• Excellent written communication skills and ability to document findings clearly
