Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Data Entry Specialist (Restaurant Technology) to support data operations for an SMS marketing platform serving the restaurant industry. In this role, you will log into client point-of-sale, phone, and online ordering systems to retrieve and organize customer data across hundreds of accounts. You will upload this information into proprietary databases while adhering to strict 28-day data refresh cycles and established folder structures. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling repetitive processes during night-shift hours.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7 PM - 5 AM EST (40 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

• Log into client point-of-sale, online ordering, and phone systems to collect customer data on a recurring monthly cycle
• Navigate two-factor authentication processes to access secured client accounts
• Download, organize, and upload data into the company's proprietary system following established folder structures
• Process and reconcile data across hundreds of client accounts to eliminate backlogs
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all accounts are updated within their 28-day data refresh cycle

Must-have requirements

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow repetitive processes with high accuracy
• Good communication skills and a conscientious work ethic
• Comfortable working with remote desktop tools and navigating multiple web-based platforms
• Ability to work independently during night shift hours with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in data entry or administrative support roles

• Bonus if you have prior experience navigating point-of-sale or online ordering platforms
• It helps if you have worked within structured file/folder management systems before
