Job Overview

We are seeking an operational E-Commerce Assistant (Shopify) to support digital storefront management for a fast-moving Shopify agency. In this role, you will perform daily product data updates, build landing pages using provided assets, and manage product collections in alignment with campaign schedules. You will also maintain accurate product tagging structures and execute basic SEO operations across multiple client websites. The ideal candidate has solid Shopify platform experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle content updates for live client storefronts independently. This full-time position operates 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible within client business hours, EST (40 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

• Execute daily content population and product data updates across multiple Shopify client websites
• Build and update landing pages based on provided creative direction and asset packages
• Manage collections by setting up, organizing, and removing them according to campaign schedules
• Maintain accurate product tagging and data structure to support site organization and discoverability
• Implement basic SEO operational tasks such as auto-tagging and content categorization

Must-have requirements

• Solid working knowledge of the Shopify platform and its content management capabilities
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and creative direction with precision
• High level of attention to detail when working within live client websites
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Nice-to-have requirements

• Bonus if you have experience working across multiple Shopify storefronts at the same time in an agency environment
• It helps if you have a basic understanding of on-page SEO principles beyond tagging and categorization
• Bonus if you have prior experience supporting digital marketing campaign launches within an e-commerce context
