Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Pre-Sales Associate to manage our inbound sales workflow and lead nurture pipeline. In this remote role, you will engage warm investor inquiries via phone, email, and SMS while using custom tools to generate property depreciation estimates. You will draft and dispatch professional proposals with payment links, building client trust and ensuring seamless handoffs to the production team.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, flexible between 7 AM - 4 PM MST (20 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

Lead Ingestion, Nurturing & Communications
● Manage the pre-sales inbox and respond promptly to warm inbound inquiries from website forms, emails, and direct calls.
● Answer incoming phone calls and respond to prospect SMS text messages using cloud phone platforms.
● Nurture leads through regular follow-up sequences, answer property-related questions, and schedule sales calls with real estate investors.
● Track prospect statuses, estimate requests, and multi-property portfolio orders within the portal system.

Estimate Generation, Proposal Creation & Handoff
● Generate accurate property depreciation estimates using proprietary custom tools by entering address, purchase price, date, and building class data.
● Draft and dispatch professional PDF proposals bundled with integrated Stripe payment links.
● Confirm incoming payments and execute clean administrative handoffs to the production engineering team.
● Maintain complete, audit-ready records of all prospect conversations and order histories.

Must-have requirements

● Real Estate Industry Context: Proven experience within real estate, property management, tax services, or related property sectors, with a solid grasp of real estate transaction terminology.

● Inbound Sales & Lead Nurturing: Track record handling pre-sales communications, lead follow-ups, and customer relationship building.

● Verbal & Written English Fluency: Exceptional verbal phone skills and polished written communication for professional email and SMS interactions.

● Data Precision & Tech Agility: High attention to detail during data entry, with the quick ability to learn custom cloud tools and estimate portals.

● Preferred Backgrounds (Bonus): Accounting, tax/CPA office experience, or prior hands-on exposure to Stripe and CRM platforms.
