Full-Stack Marketing Developer & Web Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a part-time Full-Stack Marketing Developer & Web Specialist to translate institutional marketing and market-access strategies into practical, reliable digital infrastructure (websites, landing pages, conversion paths, CRM/analytics integrations, and technical SEO). This role goes beyond code execution—you must understand the commercial purpose of each asset and work comfortably from strategic briefs rather than exhaustive specs.

Schedule

  •  Flexible between 9AM to 5PM EST, 20 hours per week

Core Responsibilities

  • Website Development & Maintenance: Build responsive, professional web experiences (WordPress, Vercel, service/geo pages, resource hubs, case studies) across desktop, tablet, and mobile; perform regular updates, bug fixes, backups, redirects, plugin management, and technical troubleshooting for speed, accessibility, and stability.
  • Strategy & Campaign Implementation: Translate briefs, wireframes, and content plans into functional digital assets; build conversion-focused landing pages supporting paid search, paid social, email, events, and outreach; implement forms, scheduling tools, and call tracking for A/B testing and campaign continuity.
  • Analytics, Measurement & Attribution: Set up and maintain measurement tools (Google Analytics, GTM, GSC, ad conversion tracking, CRM attribution, UTM standards); diagnose tracking gaps and data issues to track performance from lead capture to downstream sales.
  • SEO & Technical Search Infrastructure: Execute technical/on-page SEO (metadata, headings, URLs, redirects, XML sitemaps, canonicals, schema markup, Core Web Vitals, page speed, structured content for search and AI discovery).
  • CRM & MarTech Integration: Connect websites to CRMs, email tools, call tracking, databases, Zapier, webhooks, and APIs to ensure seamless lead capture and attribution preservation.
  • Content Implementation & UX: Format supplied materials into polished user experiences with strong typography, spacing, navigation, and reusable templates; identify and fix conversion friction, visual clutter, or poor information hierarchy.

Technical Qualifications

  • Web & Platform: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, modern hosting platforms (e.g., Vercel), DNS, Git/GitHub, and familiarity with React/Next.js.
  • Measurement & Tech: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, technical SEO, API/webhook integrations, CRM/form integrations, performance, accessibility, and database concepts.

Professional Qualifications & Ideal Experience

  • Understands that web assets support business goals and customer acquisition, not just visual aesthetics.
  • Able to work independently from strategic direction, surface trade-offs early, and communicate technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience supporting multiple small/mid-market business clients simultaneously in an agency or marketing operations environment.
  • Particularly Valuable: Experience in construction, architecture, engineering, home services, professional services, or B2B relationship-driven sectors.

How the Role Works

You will receive strategic objectives (e.g., building market-access landing pages and CRM tracking for specific audiences) and determine/implement the necessary digital infrastructure in collaboration with strategists, designers, and copywriters.

Independent Contractor Perks

  • Permanent work from home
  • Immediate hiring

Note

  • Please click the "Apply" button to complete your application, including the assessment questions, technical check, and voice recording. Your hourly pay rate will be established based on your performance in the application process; submissions with all requirements fulfilled will receive priority review.
