Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly creative and versatile Graphic Designer & Short-Form Video Specialist  to provide dedicated overflow and high-volume execution support alongside their core design team. We are currently in full promotional execution across several major events and need a proactive creative who can take a brief and execute independently with minimal supervision.

The ideal candidate brings strong graphic design, social media creative, and short-form video production capabilities to turn around multiple pieces of polished, finished content daily during active campaigns.

Schedule

• Monday – Friday, 4 hours/day (Flexible within UTC-5 Cayman Islands business hours); 20 hours/week

Key Responsibilities

• Social & Promotional Execution: Produce high-quality social media graphics, carousels, IG/FB stories, feed content, reels, short-form video, and lifestyle/engagement creative.
• High-Volume Production: Deliver multiple finished assets daily during peak promotional and event execution windows.
• Broad Marketing Support: Design corporate materials, property marketing assets, pitch presentations, sales collateral, print production files, and event artwork.
• Original Asset Creation: Develop original layouts, typography, and visual concepts from scratch without relying heavily on templates.
• Team Collaboration & Support: Partner with the lead designer to handle overflow work, adapt to varied brand guidelines, and maintain visual consistency across diverse visual styles.
• End-to-End Delivery: Manage multiple design workflows simultaneously, from initial concept to final digital/print prep, meeting strict campaign deadlines.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a portfolio demonstrating original design, typography, layout, and short-form video/Reels production.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro/After Effects), Canva, or equivalent design and video editing tools.
• Proven ability to work independently, interpret briefs accurately, and deliver client-ready creative under limited supervision.
• Hands-on experience designing across both digital and print production standards.
• Sharp attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and a creative problem-solving mindset.
