Job Overview

A growing firm is seeking a Stormwater Technical Project Coordinator to support projects from start to finish. In this remote role, you will prepare AutoCAD shop drawings, create material take-offs, and develop accurate project quotes. You will also collaborate with internal sales teams and manage project data across HubSpot CRM, NetSuite, and Procore. This position is ideal for an organized technical professional with strong drawing and estimation skills.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST with 1 hr unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers & team on assigned projects from start to finish.
• Prepare, review and revise shop drawings in accordance with project specifications as required.
• Work closely with and support the sales team in stormwater management system sales opportunities.
• Consistent use of systems/database – Hubspot CRM, NetSuite ERP, and Procore for project management.
• Recommend field installation strategies and communicate technical solutions as required.
• Prepare quotes, bill of materials, take-offs for assigned projects and ensure design drawings conform to project specifications.
• Other duties as assigned.

Must-Have Requirements

• Extensive experience using AutoCAD with a high level of understanding.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Outlook.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, allowing for clear and concise interactions with team members, superiors, and other departments.
• Exceptionally organized with a keen eye for detail and a structured approach to tasks.
• Committed to optimizing workflows and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrated dedication to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the team or organization.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

• Background in Engineering or Science would be an asset.
