Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Bilingual Payroll Operations Administrator to handle essential back-office tasks including payroll processing and client communication. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between Spanish-speaking staff and English-speaking management while maintaining high-accuracy financial records.

Client Overview:

Our client is a multi-industry staffing and rental operations agency supporting sectors like hospitality and janitorial. They are a US-based operation looking to streamline their administrative and financial processing.

Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Pacific Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Process and enter payroll data accurately into Excel and internal software.
  • Coordinate professional written email communication with English-speaking clients.
  • Manage internal communications with staff and management in Spanish.
  • Generate and send invoices to customers across various business lines.
  • Track and organize receipts for construction and rental operations.
  • Update and maintain employee hours within the agency database.
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support hospitality and janitorial sectors.
  • Ensure high levels of data integrity across all administrative operations.

Requirements:

  • Fully bilingual in Spanish and English with strong written and verbal skills.
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer operations.
  • At least 2-3 years of administrative experience with US-based companies.
  • Extreme attention to detail, specifically regarding numerical data entry.
  • Ability to work a consistent Monday-Friday morning schedule in Pacific Time.
  • Stable internet connection and a reliable remote work setup.
  • Professional demeanor with a focus on long-term commitment.
  • Experience in payroll or invoicing software is a plus.
  • Prior experience in the staffing or hospitality industries is a plus.
