Job Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive Sales Enablement Specialist to join their team ahead of their upcoming peak period. In this role, you will work directly behind the scenes to empower their client-facing sales team—specifically providing direct support to their New Business Lead and Campaign Sales Manager.
You will own their CRM, streamline internal sales processes, manage proposal pipelines, and maintain collateral to keep their sales engine running efficiently. This role completely shifts away from general administration, invoicing, marketing content creation, or web development to focus strictly on dedicated sales operations and enablement.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM BST, with 1 hour break (40 work hours per week)
Flexible start/end time options available; requires high overlap to support the UK-based team.
Responsibilities
-
Maintain and organize credentials decks, case studies, and competitive positioning materials.
-
Build, refresh, and manage prospect lists and target account mapping data.
-
Create and update internal onboarding playbooks and agency one-pagers.
-
Manage the proposal production pipeline end-to-end.
-
Maintain delivery plan templates, pricing tools, and inventory data.
-
Conduct win/loss analysis and generate proposal conversion reports to optimize sales strategies.
-
Maintain complete ownership and administration of the CRM system, pipeline dashboards, and sales reporting.
-
Document, evaluate, and continuously improve internal sales processes across both New Business and Campaign Sales workflows.
Requirements
-
Proven experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, or B2B Pipeline Management.
-
Strong hands-on proficiency in CRM administration, dashboard creation, and sales data reporting.
-
Demonstrated ability to build, document, and refine internal sales workflows and proposal pipelines.
-
Competency in managing sales enablement collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers), pricing models, and account mapping.
-
Highly organized, detail-oriented internal operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment supporting cross-functional leads.
Independent Contractor Perks
-
Permanent work from home
-
Immediate hiring
-
Health Insurance Coverage
