Litigation E-Filing Order Coordinator

An innovator in litigation support services is seeking a dynamic and ambitious Litigation E-Filing Order Coordinator to join our growing team.

Schedule: Remote, Full Time | Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Pacific Time with a 1-hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide responsive, on-demand customer support via email and telephone.
  • Review and submit client orders (litigation experience required and system training provided).
  • Coordinate and forward customer/vendor inquiries to respective departments (Concierge & Process Serving).
  • Verify incoming orders for accuracy (e.g., Court Filing, Process Serving, Records Retrieval).
  • Dispatch physical orders to 3rd party vendors.
  • Follow up with vendors and courts on existing orders.
  • Create accurate Proofs of Service per California Civil Procedure.
  • Check in with existing/prospective clients regarding new service offerings (opportunity for performance-based bonuses).

Requirements:

  • Experience with California Superior Court Filing/E-Filing and Process Serving (required).
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience via phone/email (required).
  • At least 1 year of office/clerical experience (required).
  • Knowledge of California Rules of Court, local rules, Civil Procedure, and Fee Schedules (preferred).
  • Tech-savvy with case management software and online platforms.
  • Associate's or Bachelor’s degree (preferred, but not required).
  • Highly motivated, organized, resourceful, and a problem-solver.
