Job Overview

As the Evening Customer Support Representative, our client is looking for someone to orchestrate complex transportation solutions, manage real-time logistics challenges, and ensure seamless service delivery. This position offers unique exposure to global operations while working remotely with cutting-edge systems. You’ll be empowered to make critical decisions, solve complex problems, and directly impact the success of international shipping operations.

Schedule
Monday - Friday, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional customer experiences by managing incoming inquiries and providing solutions for transportation needs
• Orchestrate real-time dispatch operations, ensuring efficient coordination between customers and drivers
• Take ownership of problem-solving for time-sensitive logistics challenges
• Process and prioritize transportation orders with attention to detail and urgency
• Maintain clear, professional communication with both customers and drivers
• Utilize advanced logistics systems to track and manage shipment details
• Create detailed documentation of all customer interactions and operational decisions

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience as CSR in the freight or logistics industry
• Proven track record in customer service and logistics support
• Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new technologies quickly
