Job Overview
Our client is looking for a driven and resilient Real Estate Appointment Setter to join their real estate team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-volume outbound cold calls to identify potential buyers and sellers, overcome objections, and schedule qualified meetings for the real estate team.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM PST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Make outbound cold calls to potential real estate clients from provided lead lists
- Identify prospects who are looking to buy or sell real estate properties
- Book qualified meetings and appointments for the real estate team
- Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining call volume targets
- Maintain accurate records of call activities and prospect interactions
- Follow up with warm leads to convert them into scheduled appointments
Requirements
- Previous sales experience, preferably in real estate or appointment setting
- Strong English communication skills with clear, professional speaking ability
- Experience with high-volume cold calling and lead generation
- Ability to handle rejection and maintain persistence in a performance-based role
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable internet connection
