Finance & Operations Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance & Operations Administrator to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. You will be responsible for managing our invoicing processes, inventory tracking, and preparing profit and loss statements to support the financial health of our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and update inventory records
  • Prepare and monitor profit and loss statements
  • Reconcile sales from multiple channels including e-commerce platforms and bank transfers
  • Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
  • Support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes

About You

You should have:

  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or finance administration
  • Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment processing systems (desirable)
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
