About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Finance & Operations Administrator to join our team on a part-time or full-time basis. You will be responsible for managing our invoicing processes, inventory tracking, and preparing profit and loss statements to support the financial health of our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Maintain and update inventory records
- Prepare and monitor profit and loss statements
- Reconcile sales from multiple channels including e-commerce platforms and bank transfers
- Ensure financial records are accurate and up to date
- Support month-end and quarter-end financial close processes
About You
You should have:
- Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
- Experience with bookkeeping, accounting, or finance administration
- Proficiency in spreadsheet applications (Excel, Google Sheets)
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and payment processing systems (desirable)
- Excellent organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
