Job Overview

Our client is seeking an experienced Lead Conversion Sales Specialist with a strong sales background to convert incoming leads into booked consultations for a growing medical aesthetics practice. This role requires someone who can independently handle new lead follow-up during times when the front desk is unavailable. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, appointment setting, and converting cold leads into scheduled appointments.

Client Overview

Our client is a solo provider medical aesthetics practice that specializes in med spa services. The practice is actively marketing and generating new leads through digital channels and is seeking to improve lead conversion rates.

Schedule

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday, 10:00 AM - 07:00 PM and Saturday - Sunday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM CST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up on all new leads generated through marketing campaigns to convert them into scheduled consultations.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls during off-hours when the front desk is unavailable.
  • Utilize the GoHighLevel CRM system to track leads, document conversations, and manage follow-up activities.
  • Close deals and convert leads with a focus on improving overall conversion rates.
  • Assist with creating and setting up Meta ads through Facebook and Instagram during downtime.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales with a strong track record of closing deals and converting leads.
  • Previous experience in appointment setting and making outbound calls for US-based businesses.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and persuade potential clients over the phone.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the GoHighLevel CRM platform.
  • Experience in the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of creating and managing Meta ads on Facebook and Instagram.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
