Job Overview

Our client is looking for a dedicated professional for this part-time remote position, with the potential to transition to full-time within 30 to 60 days based on performance and business needs. The role combines customer service, lead generation, and administrative support to ensure seamless operations and maximized lead conversion. The ideal candidate will handle inbound inquiries, follow up with warm leads, and support marketing communications to enhance customer experience and booking rates.

The client operates a thriving event venue business specializing in weddings and private events. The business is experiencing rapid growth through increased marketing efforts and requires dedicated support to manage incoming leads and administrative operations.

Responsibilities

  • Inquiry Management: Answer incoming calls during business hours and respond to inquiries professionally using a dialer system with a local business number.
  • Lead Conversion: Follow up with warm leads from the past three to six months on a quarterly cycle to convert prospects into confirmed bookings.
  • Outreach: Conduct outreach to wedding leads after venue tours to schedule consultations with reservation specialists.
  • Data Management: Manage and update client records, files, and CRM systems to maintain accurate lead tracking.
  • Marketing Support: Prepare and distribute bi-monthly newsletters featuring upcoming events, activities, and party planning tips.
  • Social Media: Schedule and post pre-made social media content to maintain consistent online presence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide support including calendar management, client onboarding, and invoice follow-ups.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service background with excellent verbal communication skills and professional tone.
  • Experience with lead generation, follow-up processes, and managing warm prospect pipelines.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, calendar management tools, and standard office software.

Qualifications

  • Sales background with ability to address client hesitations and improve inquiry conversion rates (Preferred).
  • Experience in the events industry, wedding planning, or hospitality sector (Highly Regarded).
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and social media scheduling tools (Preferred).

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
