Overview

We are looking for a Technical / On-Page SEO Specialist who can directly implement SEO best practices while building and maintaining websites using WordPress and Elementor.

This role focuses on SEO-ready site builds, page creation, and website updates.
This is not a design role (designs are provided by our designer).

Key Responsibilities

• Convert provided designs into live WordPress websites using Elementor (designs provided via Figma)
• Build and publish pages based on approved layouts and content
• Implement on-page SEO during site builds (meta tags, headings, internal links, image alt text, schema where required)
• Ensure all websites are technically and structurally SEO-ready at launch
• Perform basic technical SEO checks (indexing, site structure, page speed fundamentals, mobile readiness)
• Recommend tools and improvements to support ongoing SEO campaigns
• Support occasional website updates, page edits, and content changes
• Assist with domain, DNS, and hosting setup and changes using WP Engine

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience building and maintaining websites in WordPress using Elementor
• Proven hands-on experience implementing on-page SEO
• Solid understanding of technical SEO fundamentals
• Ability to convert Figma designs into responsive WordPress pages
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS for minor theme and layout adjustments
• Experience with DNS and hosting configuration
• Experience with keyword research and basic competitor analysis
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet turnaround expectations

• Familiarity with SEO and performance plugins
• Experience working with multiple websites or client projects
