This is an administrative role focused on supporting day-to-day business operations. The position involves managing invoices, contracts, client communications, and maintaining organized financial records for the company accountant. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative experience with attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Schedule

    • 20h per week - flexible schedule but needs to have 1h available for check-in by 9 am GMT

Responsibilities

    • Manage and process invoices and contracts for clients across the UK and Europe.
    • Maintain organized spreadsheets of receipts, bills, and financial records including invoice dates, amounts, net tax, and gross figures for submission to the company accountant.
    • Handle client communications effectively via email and other channels. Perform administrative tasks related to value added tax documentation for UK and European operations.

Must-Have Requirements

    • administrative experience proven, preferred if with other UK companies
    • Strong proficiency in spreadsheet management and record-keeping.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client correspondence.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

    • Previous work experience supporting clients in the UK market.
    • Background or experience in banking or financial services.
    • Familiarity with technology industry operations.
