Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Social Media & Growth Specialist to support the continued evolution of our brand into a premium lifestyle and wellness positioning.
Over the past year, the brand has undergone significant growth and transformation. This role will play a key part in strengthening brand presence, improving engagement, and building momentum ahead of upcoming product launches.
The ideal candidate combines creative thinking with data-driven decision-making, and understands how organic social media supports broader e-commerce and paid advertising objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute social media strategies focused on Instagram and TikTok
- Plan and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and launches
- Ensure consistent premium brand positioning across platforms
- Identify content opportunities aligned with lifestyle and wellness trends
Short-Form Video & Content Planning
- Plan Reels and short-form video concepts designed to increase reach and engagement
- Collaborate with creators and internal stakeholders on content direction
- Provide creative briefs and storytelling frameworks
UGC & Influencer Coordination
- Source and coordinate User-Generated Content (UGC)
- Conduct influencer outreach and relationship management
- Support creator partnerships aligned with brand identity
Performance & Analytics
- Track and analyze performance metrics including:
- Engagement
- Audience growth
- Conversions
- Content performance
- Provide regular analytics reporting and actionable insights
- Optimize content strategy based on data and KPIs
Marketing Alignment
- Align organic social content with:
- Paid advertising campaigns
- Product launches
- E-commerce objectives
- Collaborate with marketing and paid ads teams to ensure cohesive messaging
Requirements
Essential Experience
- Proven experience managing social media for e-commerce, lifestyle, beauty, or wellness brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok growth strategies
- Experience planning and optimizing short-form video content
- Demonstrated ability to improve engagement and brand positioning
- Strong analytical mindset with KPI-driven decision making
- Experience using social media scheduling and analytics tools
Preferred Skills
- Experience coordinating UGC creators or influencers
- Understanding of conversion-focused content strategy
- Familiarity with paid ads collaboration workflows
- Knowledge of premium brand positioning and storytelling
