Support a premium private medical clinic (House of Rejuvenation – 10 Harley Street & Bromley) with a focus on sales and lead management. Administrative support is secondary; sales competency is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Response: Contact inbound enquiries immediately; speed is critical.
- Lead Nurturing: Follow up persistently with cold, warm, and hot leads across multiple touchpoints within the same session.
- Appointment Setting: Convert enquiries into confirmed face-to-face consultations.
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain professional, warm, persuasive communication consistent with a luxury medical brand.
- General VA Duties: Email management, scheduling, and administrative support.
Must-Have Skills & Attributes
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or client-facing lead conversion.
- Confident communicator who can handle objections, follow up proactively, and close appointments.
- Excellent written English with attention to accuracy in names, clinic details, and patient-facing correspondence.
- Reliable and responsive; available during agreed working hours.
- Self-starter: can take ownership of tasks without micromanagement; follows instructions correctly.
- Comfortable following clear systems and protocols set by the clinic director.
