Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Dropship Operations Support Specialist to support the day-to-day operations of our Dropship program. This role plays a critical part in ensuring orders are processed efficiently, fulfilment issues are resolved promptly, and service level agreements are consistently met.
Working closely with the Operations team and reporting to the Digital Fulfilment Manager, this role provides operational and administrative support across vendor coordination, order fulfilment, freight management, and incident resolution to ensure customers receive their orders on time and in good condition.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage operations and fulfilment-related tickets, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication with internal stakeholders and vendors
- Monitor orders end to end and proactively follow up with vendors to ensure dispatch and delivery SLAs are met
- Maintain regular communication with vendors to obtain order updates, resolve fulfilment issues, and support daily operational requirements
- Provide clear, professional guidance to vendors on fulfilment processes, operational requests, and required actions
- Liaise with freight providers to arrange pickups, track shipments, investigate delays, and confirm delivery outcomes
- Coordinate rebookings, alternative pickups, and replacement labels to prevent unnecessary delivery delays
- Check, update, and validate freight labels, tracking details, and shipment information to ensure accuracy and visibility
- Raise, manage, and track operational incidents including delivery delays, failed pickups, damaged or missing freight, escalating issues where required
- Process and manage credit notes, operational adjustments, and fulfilment corrections in line with agreed procedures
- Liaise with Customer Service teams and, where required, customers to assist with the resolution of delivery and fulfilment issues
- Provide day-to-day operational support to the Dropship team and Digital Fulfilment Manager
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fulfilment efficiency and service outcomes
Requirements
- Must have a dual monitor setup or be willing to obtain one once hired
- Experience in an operations, fulfilment, or customer service support role within a retail, e-commerce, or dropship environment
- Experience coordinating freight activities including pickups, rebookings, label checks, and shipment tracking
- Experience liaising with vendors, freight providers, or third-party partners
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (must-have)
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines
- Proactive, flexible, and willing to assist team members when required
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced operational environment
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
