Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to text messages from clients seeking spa appointments
- Manage complex appointment scheduling across multiple services (massage, facial, spinal decompression) with 15-minute cleanup time considerations
- Proactively optimize scheduling by moving appointments to accommodate multiple clients and maximize bookings
- Handle customer service inquiries including payment processing questions and gift card usage
- Coordinate with on-site therapists who primarily speak Chinese using WeChat for internal communication
- Process client check-outs and assist with payment-related questions
- Maintain booking system and ensure accurate appointment records
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Scope:
- 40 hours per week, 5 days initially with potential expansion to 6 days
- Remote work arrangement with phone and text-based customer interactions
- Potential for video customer interactions via screen technology

Requirements:
- Strong English communication skills with clear, professional phone manner. Mandarin Bilingual agents highly preferred
- Familiarity with Booker.com
- Previous customer service and receptionist experience
- Ability to work with booking software and payment processing system
- Potential for video customer interactions via screen technology
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively about scheduling solutions
- Comfortable using WeChat and other communication platforms
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to handle varying call volumes throughout the day
