Job Description:
You’ll be the administrative backbone of an international food distribution operation, where your bilingual skills and attention to detail directly support the flow of products from Vietnam to Australian retailers. This role offers the unique opportunity to work across cultures and time zones while managing critical business processes that keep the supply chain moving smoothly.
Schedule:

Monday - Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm Melbourne Time; 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate container delivery logistics through email communications with customers
- Process accounts receivable and manage invoice closing procedures
- Provide real-time invoice status updates within the accounting system
- Perform account reconciliation tasks to maintain financial accuracy
- Support the bookkeeper with documentation and information requests
- Handle various administrative tasks that keep operations running smoothly
- Facilitate communication between Vietnamese suppliers and Australian customers
- Maintain organized records across multiple business systems
Requirements:
- Strong Vietnamese and English language skills to support supplier and customer communications
- Strong attention to detail for financial and administrative processes
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn MYOB accounting software (comprehensive training provided)
- Familiarity with communication platforms (Teams, WhatsApp, Zalo)
- Bonus if you have experience with import/export documentation
- It helps if you’re comfortable working across different time zones
