Role Overview: The Content Marketing Specialist supports brand visibility and engagement through consistent content creation, social media presence, and performance reporting. This role ensures the company’s digital channels remain active, on-brand, and supported by clear insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Optimization

Write and publish blog posts and service content (approx. 4 per month)

Optimize content for SEO and readability.

Update existing pages as needed.
Social Media Management

Maintain branding consistency across platforms.

Create simple graphics and imagery.

Optimize profiles and schedule posts.

Support engagement initiatives
Reporting & Insights

Compile monthly marketing performance reports.

Track lead volume, traffic trends, and campaign performance

Assist with quarterly planning summaries.
Call & Lead Review (if required)

Review recorded calls for quality and lead tagging.

Feed insights into reports.
Required Skills & Experience:

Strong writing and communication skills

Experience with blogs, social media, and basic SEO principles

Comfortable using Canva or similar tools

Ability to organize data and create simple reports

Familiarity with analytics platforms is a plus
