Role Overview:

The Digital Growth & SEO Specialist is responsible for the technical health, performance, and growth of the company’s digital presence. This role owns website maintenance, search engine optimization, local search visibility, and conversion tracking to ensure consistent  lead generation and a high-performing online platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Maintenance & Technical Performance

• Maintain website uptime, security updates, backups, and SSL certificates
• Monitor and resolve site errors, broken links, and performance issues
• Optimize site speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall user experience
• Manage contact forms and site functionality testing
• Implement routine site updates and technical improvements

Technical SEO & On-Site Optimization

• Conduct technical audits and implement fixes (schema, sitemaps, indexing, URL
  structure)
• Optimize images, metadata, and site architecture
• Resolve keyword cannibalization and crawl issues

SEO Strategy & Execution

• Perform keyword research and on-page optimization 
• Manage backlink review and outreach efforts
• Improve rankings for core service and location-based keywords

Local SEO & Google Business Profile

• Optimize and manage Google Business listings
• Maintain local directories and citations
• Improve local search conversion performance
• Analytics & Conversion Tracking

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in SEO and website management
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
• Knowledge of site speed optimization and technical troubleshooting
• Familiarity with analytics, conversion tracking, and SEO tools
• Comfortable managing hosting environments and routine maintenance
• Monitor Google Analytics, Search Console, and tracking tools
• Track form submissions, calls, and lead sources
• Provide performance insights and optimization recommendations
