B2B Telemarketer

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Los Angeles, CA time, with a 1-hour unpaid break
Total Weekly Hours: 40 Hours

Our client is looking for a hungry, results-driven B2B Telemarketer to generate high-quality sales appointments for the in-house sales team. This is a pure outbound role requiring resilience, professionalism, and a strong sales mindset.

You will be responsible for contacting business owners, qualifying prospects, and booking appointments with decision-makers for the sales closers.

This role is target-driven and includes commissions for performance. Candidates who do not meet productivity expectations may be replaced.

 

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to B2B prospects
  • Qualify leads and identify decision-makers
  • Book quality appointments for the in-house sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and detailed call notes
  • Follow structured scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
  • Handle objections professionally and confidently
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly appointment targets
  • Represent the company in a professional and credible manner at all times

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ proven B2B telemarketing or outbound sales experience
  • Strong phone presence and excellent spoken English
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or appointment targets
  • Resilient, competitive, and motivated by results
  • Highly professional, reliable, and punctual
  • Experience using CRM systems and dialers
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced sales environment

 

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling marketing, advertising, or SaaS solutions
  • Familiarity with consultative selling or lead-qualification frameworks
  • Experience working with US, AU, or UK markets
