Job Description
You’ll take complete ownership of a high-impact digital marketing operation, managing one of the largest advertising budgets in the industry while building comprehensive paid acquisition strategies. Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Google Ads campaigns with a $60,000 monthly budget
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to maximize organic search performance
- Build and manage Facebook advertising campaigns focused on remarketing and customer retention
- Lead all PPC activities across multiple advertising platforms and channels
- Transition agency-managed campaigns into direct, optimized in-house operations
- Create strategic recommendations and performance reports for executive leadership
- Analyze campaign data to identify optimization opportunities and scaling potential
- Collaborate with cross-functional remote team members across e-commerce operations
Requirements:

You bring 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads and SEO campaigns, with proven success handling advertising budgets of $50,000+ monthly.

You’ve developed comprehensive PPC strategies across multiple platforms and can work independently on both strategic planning and tactical execution.

Bonus if you have experience with Facebook Ads, remarketing campaigns, or transitioning from agency-managed to in-house advertising operations.

It helps if you’ve worked in e-commerce environments or managed large-scale digital marketing transitions.
