Job Description

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by managing inbound support requests across voice, chat, email, and video communication channels. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a customer-first mindset.

You will assist customers with order inquiries, refunds, exchanges, product information, and quote requests while ensuring all interactions are accurately documented in the CRM. Responsibilities

Customer Support & Communication

  • Handle inbound customer queries, ensuring they are resolved efficiently and professionally
  • Provide customer support viachat, email, SMS, and social media channels
  • Maintain a positive and professional tone across all communication channels
  • Provide accurate product information and guidance to customers
  • Deliver a high level of customer experience aligned with brand standards
  • Accurately log and document all customer interactions within the CRM system
  • Maintain organised and updated customer records
  • Support workflow improvements by identifying recurring customer issues and patterns
