Job Description
You’ll serve as the vital bridge between medical students and their clinical education journey, ensuring every student receives the support and guidance they need during hospital rotations. This role puts you at the heart of medical education, where your communication skills and patience directly impact the success of future healthcare professionals. You’ll own the student experience from placement questions to documentation guidance, creating a seamless support system that allows the clinical team to focus on strategic partnerships while students receive exceptional care.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary point of contact for medical students during hospital rotation placements
  • Handle all student inquiries regarding placement procedures, documentation, and requirements
  • Provide timely, patient responses to student questions and concerns throughout their clinical experience
  • Guide students through required paperwork and compliance documentation processes
  • Maintain positive relationships with students to ensure high satisfaction with support services
  • Collaborate with clinical department to streamline operations and reduce administrative burden
  • Manage high-volume student communications while maintaining professional service standards
  • Document student interactions and feedback to continuously improve support processes

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of customer-facing experience, preferably in US market
  • Proven experience as liaison, receptionist, or customer support representative
  • Exceptional communication skills with emphasis on patience and responsiveness
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail for documentation management
  • Professional demeanor when interacting with students and educational staff
  • Ability to work set business hours to provide consistent student support
  • Bonus if you have experience in education or healthcare environments
