Schedule:
- 20 hours per week (potential for full time or 40 hours per week)
- Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm
- Client location: VIC, Australia
Responsibilities:
- Manage all incoming leads and convert inquiries into booked cleaning jobs
- Handle inbound sales calls using Go High Level phone system and CRM
- Provide customer service for existing clients answering questions about services and scheduling
- Create quotes and invoices using ServiceMate platform
- Schedule cleaning jobs by checking team availability and rostering staff
- Manage email inquiries through Google Gmail and respond to customer questions
- Update and maintain Go High Level CRM system with lead information and sales pipeline
- Handle multiple lead sources including phone calls, emails, and Facebook messages
- Use ClickUp for task management and accessing SOPs and training materials
- Manage Google Drive for document storage and organization
- Assist with basic marketing tasks and social media when phone volume is low
- Support video editing for training materials using Komodo platform
- Handle general administrative tasks during slower periods
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with proven track record
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong customer service and call handling experience
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Go High Level
- Familiarity with ServiceMate platform for quotes, invoices, and job creation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs)
- Basic understanding of social media and marketing
- Ability to multitask and switch between sales, customer service, and admin duties
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills
- Comfortable working Australian business hours (starting 9 AM Victorian time)
Scope:
- Full-time position with potential for part-time start to test fit
- Primary focus on sales conversion and customer service (approximately 60-70% of time)
