Sales & Admin Support (Go High Level)

Schedule:

  • 20 hours per week (potential for full time or 40 hours per week)
  • Monday to Friday, 9 am to 1 pm
  • Client location: VIC, Australia 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all incoming leads and convert inquiries into booked cleaning jobs
  • Handle inbound sales calls using Go High Level phone system and CRM
  • Provide customer service for existing clients answering questions about services and scheduling
  • Create quotes and invoices using ServiceMate platform
  • Schedule cleaning jobs by checking team availability and rostering staff
  • Manage email inquiries through Google Gmail and respond to customer questions
  • Update and maintain Go High Level CRM system with lead information and sales pipeline
  • Handle multiple lead sources including phone calls, emails, and Facebook messages
  • Use ClickUp for task management and accessing SOPs and training materials
  • Manage Google Drive for document storage and organization
  • Assist with basic marketing tasks and social media when phone volume is low
  • Support video editing for training materials using Komodo platform
  • Handle general administrative tasks during slower periods

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with proven track record
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong customer service and call handling experience
  • Experience with CRM systems, preferably Go High Level
  • Familiarity with ServiceMate platform for quotes, invoices, and job creation
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs)
  • Basic understanding of social media and marketing
  • Ability to multitask and switch between sales, customer service, and admin duties
  • Strong scheduling and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working Australian business hours (starting 9 AM Victorian time)

Scope:

  • Full-time position with potential for part-time start to test fit
  • Primary focus on sales conversion and customer service (approximately 60-70% of time)
  • Administrative and marketing support tasks during slower periods (30-40% of time)
  • Direct reporting to business owner with high level of autonomy
