Bilingual Appointment Setter

Schedule: Full-time (40 hours per week) 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Job Description: You’ll be the crucial first point of contact in a high-energy automotive sales environment, transforming social media interest into qualified appointments that drive revenue. This role puts you at the center of a proven lead generation system where you’ll work with warm prospects who have already expressed interest in purchasing vehicles. You’ll master the art of phone-based conversations while working with modern CRM technology and social media platforms to maximize conversion rates.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to approximately 300 daily messages from Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok marketing campaigns
  • Filter incoming social media inquiries to identify qualified prospects and secure contact information
  • Conduct outbound calls with the primary goal of scheduling confirmed sales appointments
  • Execute persistent follow-up sequences until prospects confirm and attend their scheduled appointments
  • Input lead data and appointment details into company CRM system for seamless sales team handoff
  • Track appointment metrics by copying Facebook messenger URLs into Excel spreadsheets
  • Collaborate with sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and appointment outcomes
  • Work within established scripts while adapting conversations to individual prospect needs
  • Meet daily and weekly appointment setting targets in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Fluent in both Spanish and English (speaking and typing required for diverse customer base)
  • Previous appointment setting or phone-based sales experience (1-2 years preferred)
  • Comfortable navigating CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets for data management
  • Strong verbal communication skills with ability to build rapport quickly over the phone
  • Thrives in high-volume, fast-paced work environments with multiple daily conversations
  • Reliable internet connection and personal computer setup for remote work
  • Bonus if you have automotive industry knowledge or social media platform experience
  • It helps if you’re familiar with Facebook Messenger and lead tracking systems
