Responsibilities:

• Develop and build new Shopify stores for small businesses launching online brands
• Handle diverse day-to-day Shopify development tasks and client projects
• Work directly with the agency owner on various Shopify assignments and initiatives
• Collaborate effectively with freelancers and contractors as part of the extended team
• Maintain and optimize existing Shopify stores to ensure peak performance
• Contribute to the agency’s growth by delivering high-quality development work
• Communicate directly with clients and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on Shopify development experience
• Proficiency in core Shopify development practices and workflows
• Strong communication skills for direct client and team collaboration
• Experience working remotely and managing independent workload
• Reliable internet connection and professional home office setup
• Bonus if you have advanced coding skills in Liquid templating and JavaScript
• It helps if you have experience working across different time zones
