Solar Appointment Setter

Schedule: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (EST) with a one-hour unpaid break
Client Timezone: EST
Total Weekly Hours: 40 hours

 

A growing renewable energy company focused on solar installations and helping homeowners transition to clean, sustainable energy solutions. They are scaling rapidly and need skilled appointment setters to support their expansion in the solar market. The team operates with performance-driven metrics and provides comprehensive training and support systems.

You’ll play a crucial role in the renewable energy movement by connecting potential customers with solar consultation opportunities. Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential solar customers using company-provided scripts

  • Set appointments for solar consultations and installations with qualified prospects

  • Work with provided lead data through adaptive dialer systems

  • Meet weekly appointment-setting metrics and performance targets

  • Follow structured call center processes and proven conversion strategies

  • Participate in training sessions and team development meetings

  • Maintain professional communication standards with US-based prospects

  • Track and report daily calling activities and appointment conversion rates

 

Requirements

  • Previous sales experience, particularly within the US market

  • Experience with call center tools and CRMs (Twilio, CallTools, Toolio, Wavy, GHL preferred)

  • Strong English communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with US-based customers

  • Experience in client-facing roles and telephone-based sales

  • Demonstrated success in appointment setting or lead generation

  • Renewable energy or solar industry experience is a plus

  • Experience in performance-based sales environments is an advantage
