Job Overview

You will take ownership of the online presence and lead generation for a local home services business. You will start by strengthening local SEO and fixing the Google presence, then build out Google Ads and Meta campaigns and keep social channels active and engaging. You will manage incoming social and chat leads and hand them to the owner, so your work turns directly into booked jobs. You will report straight to the owner, work with real autonomy, and see the results of your efforts in the business's rankings, reviews and customer inquiries. You will take over Social Media platforms and drive awareness of special offerings while creating a solid Social Media presence.

 

Schedule Flexible during EST business hours (4 hours per day), 20 work hours per week

Responsibilities

• Improve local search engine optimization so the business ranks among the top Google results across Pinellas County
• Set up and manage Google Ads correctly so ad spend benefits the business and not competitors
• Plan and run Meta ads and promotions to build market visibility and generate qualified leads
• Manage Facebook and Instagram content to keep the brand active, fresh and consistent across platforms
• Respond to incoming social media messages and chat inquiries promptly and pass leads on to the owner
• Drive customer reviews and track the review rating to build trust and credibility

Requirements

• Proven experience in SEO and local search optimization
• Hands-on experience setting up and running Meta ads and Google Ads efficiently
• Experience managing business social media accounts and growing audience engagement
• Strong written English communication skills for handling messages and customer inquiries
• High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to test, learn and adjust campaigns based on performance results
• Experience with Meta Business Suite

Qualifications

• Experience working with local service businesses or lead-generation-focused campaigns
• Experience building online reviews and reputation for a business
• Experience with GEO or willingness to learn
