Client Overview

Our client, is a premier industrial construction and facility services enterprise operating across three main commercial entities with approximately 600 employees throughout the western United States. While their corporate office houses around 50–60 personnel, the vast majority of their workforce operates on-site in specialized blue-collar and heavy industrial trades (e.g., hydroblast operators, industrial journeymen, mechanical technicians, and general labor). They are expanding their recruiting operations to streamline candidate sourcing and shield billable department managers from unvetted applicants.

Job Description

You will own the top-of-funnel sourcing, initial qualification, and phone screening process for high-volume industrial trade roles across multiple states. Working alongside the internal Director of Revenue Operations and Talent Acquisition lead, you will post openings across niche trade groups, utilize cutting-edge AI tools to evaluate resumes and interview transcripts, conduct direct phone screens in English and Spanish, and deliver qualified shortlists to field managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multi-location job postings on applicant tracking systems (isolved), Indeed, LinkedIn, and targeted digital trade communities/Facebook groups.
• Review high volumes of incoming trade applications using structured AI-assisted evaluation prompts and custom scoring rubrics.
• Conduct focused 5- to 10-minute phone screens with trade candidates in English or Spanish to confirm certifications, shift availability, trade experience, and soft skills.
• Maintain clean ATS records, logging call outcomes and feeding interview transcripts through internal AI evaluation workflows.
• Deliver pre-vetted candidate packages (transcripts, scores, summaries) directly to field managers for final hiring decisions.
• Manage an active pipeline of 15 to 20 open technical trade requisitions simultaneously.

Must-Have Requirements

• Bilingual Fluency: Exceptional spoken and written English and Spanish (C1/C2 level) with clear articulation across both languages.
• Recruitment Experience: 2+ years in recruitment, sourcing, or HR coordination, preferably handling blue-collar, trade, construction, logistics, or industrial roles.
• AI & Technical Aptitude: Demonstrated comfort using generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT/Claude) for prompt-based resume screening, summarization, and workflow automation.
• Communication & Organization: High operational discipline, capable of coordinating outreach across dozens of candidates daily without losing tracking fidelity.
• Home Office Setup: Noise-free dedicated work environment, modern PC/laptop, noise-canceling headset, and reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25+ Mbps) with power/connection redundancies.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Prior experience recruiting specialized industrial construction trades (e.g., hydroblasting, industrial cleaning, specialized mechanical trades, civil labor).
• Experience utilizing ATS systems such as isolved, Greenhouse, or Bullhorn, and setting up VoIP dialers (Teams/cloud phone lines).
