  • Retouch, resize, crop, and color-correct images and artwork when necessary.
  • Create accurate physical samples, mock-ups, prototypes, and presentation materials.
  • Review digital and physical proofs for typography, color, registration, placement, image quality, finishing treatments, and overall accuracy.
  • Identify and correct errors before files are released to printers or manufacturing partners.
  • Confirm that all design elements, copy, captions, item numbers, barcodes, pricing information, and production instructions correspond with approved specifications.
  • Incorporate revisions from Creative, Editorial, Production, and management accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized project files and follow established file-naming, version-control, archiving, and digital asset-management procedures.
  • Track assigned projects and communicate questions, production concerns, or potential delays promptly.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
  • Collaborate with Designers, Art Directors, Editors, Production personnel, and other internal teams throughout the production process.
  • Maintain the integrity of approved designs while making necessary technical adjustments for printing and manufacturing.
