Job Overview

Our client is seeking a Bilingual Appointment Setter (Electrical and Solar Services) to initiate high-volume outbound outreach to commercial and residential property owners across Northern California. Working full-time during U.S. Pacific Time business hours, you will conduct phone prospecting in both English and Spanish, introduce green energy and electrical services, and schedule qualified appointments for the field sales team to fill field estimators' pipelines.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• High-Volume Outbound Prospecting: Conduct daily outbound cold calls to residential and commercial leads provided through the company's CRM.
• Bilingual Engagement: Present electrical, solar integration, and smart home automation solutions fluently in English and Spanish based on prospect preference.
• Appointment Setting: Qualify prospective property owners, identify energy needs, and book confirmed sales appointments for field estimators.
• Objection Handling & Script Execution: Apply established scripts and sales techniques to navigate gatekeepers, overcome initial resistance, and spark interest.
• CRM Record Keeping: Maintain clean, real-time records of call attempts, notes, prospect details, and scheduled appointments within the CRM.
• Performance Metric Execution: Consistently meet or exceed daily call volumes, contact rates, and weekly appointment targets to maximize earning potential.

Requirements

• Bilingual Fluency: Full professional fluency in both spoken English and Spanish (clear phone presence in both languages).
• Cold Calling Experience: Proven track record in high-volume outbound telephone sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
• Sales Stamina & Resilience: High energy, persuasive verbal communication, and strong objection-handling abilities over the phone.
• CRM & Phone System Literacy: Experience entering prospect data and navigating cloud CRM platforms and phone dialers efficiently.
