Social Media Assistant (Facebook)

About the Company

Our business is an innovative game and entertainment company specializing in tabletop games, officially licensed board games, and engaging party game experiences. We create high-energy, memorable products that bring people together. Operating with an agile, entrepreneurial mindset, we actively expand our digital footprint and community reach across multiple entertainment niches.

About the Role

We are seeking a versatile and execution-driven Social Media Assistant to support our digital expansion across Facebook. In this dynamic role, your primary focus will be acquiring established Facebook pages, building new pages from the ground up under executive guidance, creating engaging content, and architecting sales funnels to drive revenue. Additionally, as we grow, you will transition and manage daily workflows within our proprietary internal Content Management (CM) app once it is fully built.

Key Responsibilities

Facebook Page Acquisition & Builds

  • Research, identify, and evaluate existing Facebook pages and niche communities for potential acquisition; assist in outreach and transition of acquired pages.
  • Build, configure, and optimize new Facebook pages from scratch under the owner’s direction (profile assets, page settings, business info, and initial layout).
  • Monitor page health, follower growth, and engagement patterns across all newly built and acquired pages.

Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Create, design, and edit engaging original content—including graphics, short-form video clips, and copy—tailored to our product and entertainment niches.
  • Write compelling, brand-appropriate captions, descriptions, and hashtags to maximize reach and algorithmic performance.
  • Schedule and publish approved content across multiple Facebook pages using tools like Post Planner and Meta Business Suite, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence without gaps.

Funnel System Build & Social Sales

  • Build, set up, and optimize marketing and sales funnels linked to our social media pages to capture leads and drive direct product sales.
  • Conduct proactive direct outreach (via Facebook Messenger, comments, and community interactions) to generate product interest and nurture funnel leads.
  • Respond promptly to inbound inquiries and guide prospective buyers to product links, promotions, and retail destinations.

Internal CM App Integration & Reporting

  • Actively collaborate with the team to adopt, test, and transition daily publishing and moderation workflows into our proprietary internal CM app once it is deployed.
  • Monitor comments across managed pages daily, filtering spam and engaging with top fans.
  • Compile weekly performance recaps tracking page growth, posting consistency, funnel conversions, and sales generated.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing Facebook business pages, community engagement, and social media scheduling.
  • Proven experience in content creation, including graphic design (Canva, Photoshop) and basic short-form video editing (CapCut, Premiere, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and optimize digital sales funnels and lead-generation systems.
  • Experience with Facebook page building, setup, and optimization within Meta Business Suite.
  • Strong written English communication skills with a persuasive, friendly, and professional conversational tone for direct DM sales.
  • Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to learn and pivot to new proprietary software (our internal CM app) seamlessly.

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience negotiating, acquiring, or taking over existing Facebook pages or groups.
  • Passion for or familiarity with board games, tabletop gaming, pop culture, or consumer entertainment products.
  • Familiarity with tracking sales leads and outreach metrics using Google Sheets or basic CRM/funnel tools (e.g., ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel)
