Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Short-Form Video Editor & Social Media Assistant for a part-time position (20 hours/week) operating during UK business hours with potential to scale to full-time, focused on high-volume short-form video production and publishing for music artists. The primary goal is to maintain a consistent online presence across TikTok to maximize audience engagement, build artist visibility, and ultimately help attract record label interest and signing opportunities.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, UK BST time zone, during business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for music artists across multiple pages, producing up to 75 edits per week
• Schedule and publish daily content across approximately nine TikTok accounts
• Follow creative direction provided by the management team to maintain brand consistency across all artist pages
• Replicate proven high-performing content styles to maximise audience engagement
• Adapt editing style based on ongoing feedback and evolving promotional strategies

Requirements

• Proficiency in Premiere Pro and CapCut for short-form video editing
• Ability to manage high-volume content output while maintaining quality standards
• Strong attention to detail to ensure edits align with provided creative briefs
• Excellent time management skills to meet daily posting schedules across multiple accounts
• Ability to take direction well and implement feedback quickly
• Professional Portfolio, with accesible short form videos, must be submitted as part of the application process 

Qualifications

• Familiarity with TikTok content trends and best practices is a plus
