Position Overview:
We are seeking a versatile, hands-on SEO & Content Marketing Specialist to oversee search visibility, visual collateral design, copy creation, and email marketing.
In this multi-faceted role, you will take ownership of organic SEO strategies, design on-brand graphics using Canva, draft high-converting campaign copy, and execute email workflows. Working directly with Sydney-based leadership, you will enjoy creative freedom to shape digital touchpoints, improve organic web traffic, and drive trade engagement.
About the Client:
Our client is a well-established Australian manufacturer specializing in premium cavity sliding doors, pocket doors, and door jamb systems for the building industry. Supplying residential builds, multi-residential developments, and hotel projects nationwide, they operate with a successful, growing offshore support team. They are onboarding a remote Digital Marketing Specialist to expand their in-house marketing capabilities and elevate brand visibility across Australian B2B and consumer sectors.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during the client’s business hours (requires partial overlap with Australian Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- SEO, Copywriting & Email Marketing
- Develop and execute on-page and technical SEO strategies to increase organic search rankings and attract qualified B2B/construction traffic.
- Write persuasive, targeted marketing copy for website landing pages, email broadcasts, promotional campaigns, and trade collateral.
- Plan, build, and deploy email marketing campaigns using Odoo CRM (or equivalent email marketing engines).
- Analyze digital campaign analytics and web traffic metrics, optimizing strategy based on data-driven conversion insights.
- Graphic Design & Social Media Management
- Design professional marketing collateral, digital ads, and branded assets using Canva and graphic design suites.
- Manage and grow social media channels with engaging, industry-relevant content that aligns with the client's manufacturing scope.
- Maintain strict visual and messaging brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
- Collaborate regularly with the Kings Park, NSW team during overlapping Australian business hours.
Key Requirements & Qualifications:
- Digital Marketing Experience: Proven track record in digital marketing, multi-channel campaign execution, and organic SEO strategy implementation.
- Graphic Design & Copywriting: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality graphic design outputs (Canva proficiency required) and strong marketing copy.
- Email & CRM Competency: Hands-on experience building, segmenting, and launching email campaigns via integrated CRM systems.
- Australian Market Exposure (Bonus): Prior experience supporting Australian companies or B2B manufacturing/building supply industries.
