Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Social Media & E-Commerce Operations Specialist to manage content creation and backend operations across multiple digital ventures. In this role, you will own the video production pipeline by editing high volumes of raw travel footage into engaging TikTok content. You will also oversee Etsy shop operations, manage business communications, and publish compliant social media posts. This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who thrives in a multi-brand environment and can manage dynamic projects independently.

Schedule: Mon-Fri, 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM EST (35 hours or more per week)

Responsibilities

• Edit and produce 20-60 high-quality videos per week from raw footage including GoPro content and travel videos for TikTok and other platforms
• Manage TikTok Shop affiliate content ensuring compliance with platform guidelines to avoid account violations
• Handle Etsy shop backend operations including product listings and customer communications
• Organize and respond to emails across multiple business ventures including travel bookings, retreat inquiries, and e-commerce customers
• Create and schedule social media content for multiple accounts including personal brand, spiritual healing business, and monetized accounts
• Transform voice dictations and rough drafts into polished, professional social media posts and communications
• Research and compile information for grant applications for small business funding opportunities
• Manage content for AI virtual assistant projects as business scales
• Maintain organized Google Drive systems for video content and digital assets
• Coordinate with existing media team member on website and backend projects

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven experience editing videos for TikTok with strong understanding of platform compliance and content guidelines
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality video editing work that meets social media platform standards
• Experience managing TikTok Shop affiliate content or similar e-commerce social selling
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to polish dictated content and correct grammar/spelling
• Experience with Etsy or similar e-commerce platform management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously without constant direction
• Comfortable working with large volumes of content including 20-60 videos weekly
• Experience organizing digital files and maintaining cloud storage systems
• Strong email management and communication skills across multiple business verticals
• Self-motivated with ability to work during Eastern Time business hours with flexible start times
